Job Description

To design and facilitate key talent processes to create an internal bench of ready manpower.

Conceptualisation & Implementation of D&I Initiatives and implementation of HR Brand Strategy

Duties & Responsibilities ( List in the order of importance the duties & responsibilities of this job)

Talent Management

Support in defining Talent Management Architecture keeping in mind best in class practices.

Design & execute talent management programs like future leadership program

Act as a liaison with other HR teams to coordinate development of talent management programs, systems and processes to design talent programs for leaders at various levels.

Design succession management plan for L5DH and above

Building mechanisms to Identify and develop Hi-Pots

Ensure that key talent follow appropriate development tracks through creation of employee development plans and periodic tracking of the same

Preparing & Monitoring Talent Dashboards at regular intervals

Facilitate Coaching in the organization.

Diversity & Inclusion

Execution of Diversity and Inclusion strategies for the Financial Services Sector.

Act as a liaison with other HR teams to work on the Diversity & Inclusion related activities working towards the periodic tracking such activities.

HR Branding

Implement the HR Brand Strategy within and outside the organization amongst various stakeholders and drive various projects in that effect.

Responsible to drive the Employment Value Proposition within and outside the organization

3: Key Challenges (List the key tasks performed to support the main objectives of the position).

Liaison with external Talent Partners for executing the Assessment/Development Centres as per the Talent Management Architecture

Creation & review of employee development plans

Monitoring of key talent activities Pan India

4: Decision Making Authority (Describes the type of decisions made alone, those on which the manager must be consulted, those referred to a higher level, and job procedures to be followed).

Finalising assessment Partners.

Conducting activities which have crossed one year of their inception.

Interaction with Top Management, Talent Management and Branding Vendors, and Assessors
