1. New to bank acquisition of high end current accounts through open market lead generation and closure.
2. Adherence to Bank policies and guidelines such as KYC & AML.
3. Ensure successful on boarding of customer for a smooth transition to branch banking team.
4. Activation of customer Ensure that customer maintains required balances & starts transactions in his accounts (within M1 & Q1), 80% of customers to maintain specified.
5. AQB, 75% penetration of internet banking, 50% penetration of DSB.
6. Activities for lead generation.
7. Cross sell Lead generation/ basic enquiry, liaising with Branch Manager & product teams.
8. ( trade, FX, CMS/DSB etc.) to offer right business solutions to the customer.
9. Source CASA with special focus on Trade Accounts Ensure sourcing of 30% premium accounts Do revenue through TPP products like LI/GI/HI and Trade Ensure basic productivity and Unit sales Do Assets through Business Lending Should have minimum workable knowledge of Trade & Fx 1 Should possess good communication skills 2 Should have the ability to sell and negotiate with ease
Salary: INR 3,00,000 - 4,00,000 P.A.
